Email Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order after successful payment. With your confirmation, we will ship out your purchased items as soon as possible. Generally, your order will be processed within 1-5 working days. Notes:
- If no confirmation is received, we assume that you have confirmed the order.
- Please place your order carefully. If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us before shipping.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel, you may refuse delivery. Please note that non-defective returns or delivery refusals will require you to pay round-trip international shipping fees and any incurred customs charges.
Global Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed on our Global Store are primarily dispatched directly from our central warehouse and manufacturing facility in China to destinations worldwide.
★ Local Stock Prioritization: To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, if the items you purchased are currently in stock at one of our regional overseas warehouses (such as the US, UK, EU, CA, AU, or JP), we will automatically prioritize shipping your package from the local warehouse nearest to you.
Shipment Service Provider
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we partner with premier international express couriers and reliable local postal networks, primarily including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and domestic postal services.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
Because international shipping rates fluctuate significantly based on the destination country, package dimensions, and total weight (especially for large 3D printers), shipping costs are dynamically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.
💡 Local Fulfillment & Shipping Fee Refund Policy:
If your order qualifies for local fulfillment and is successfully shipped from one of our regional warehouses (US/UK/EU/CA/AU/JP) instead of China, any international shipping fees automatically charged at checkout will be fully refunded to your original payment method once the shipment is processed. Local shipments typically arrive within 3-7 days.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most major countries and regions globally. However, if our shipping carriers do not service your specific location, you will see a notice at checkout stating that shipping cannot be calculated. If you encounter this, please contact our support team to verify if alternative postal solutions are available.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Tariffs, Customs & Taxes
For Local Warehouse Shipments: If your package is fulfilled locally from a warehouse within your own region, no international customs duties or clearance will be required.
For China Warehouse Shipments: Since your package will be shipped internationally from China, all orders are subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes as defined by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees paid to us, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
For corporate clients requiring custom commercial invoices or specialized tax documentation (such as a UK/EU VAT invoice), please contact lexie@qd3dprinter.com immediately after placing your order.

- Check your email inbox for shipping confirmations containing the express carrier name and your unique tracking number.

Delivery and Inspection
As our 3D printers are high-value engineering items, please closely monitor your delivery schedule. If you suspect you will not be home during the delivery window, we highly recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure a secure drop-off.
Once you (or someone authorized on your behalf) collect the item, QIDI TECH will consider this your acceptance of the package weight, quantity, and product condition. To fully protect your rights, we highly recommend shooting a continuous unboxing video. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, or find items missing or damaged upon opening, please contact QIDI Support within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can update prematurely, and packages are marked as delivered shortly before they actually arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a day or two. In the meantime, we suggest checking with neighbors or your local delivery driver. If you still haven't received your order after a couple of days, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of the final tracking status update, providing your order number.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please note that shipping estimates count business days only (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier first for the most immediate status update. If your order has significantly exceeded typical transit times, please contact our Customer Support team.
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We apologize for the logistics delay! Even if the tracking status hasn't refreshed, your package is almost always still in safe transit to you. If the tracking information remains completely frozen for more than 7 days, please contact our Customer Support team or the shipping carrier directly for deep-dive assistance.
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
Orders fulfilled directly from our local domestic warehouses will not incur unexpected delivery fees or customs duties. For international shipments originating from our main warehouse in China, orders are subject to customs inspection and standard duties as defined by your local country's import laws, based primarily on the declared product value.
